It is NorQuest’s intention to work with employees to minimize as much as possible the impact that Influenza-like illness (ILI) will have on them.

If you are absent because you have ILI, or because you are caring for a family member who has ILI

If you are hearing impaired, please report your absence to your supervisor at the telephone number they provided you.

The College is currently operating as normal with respect to its human resource policies and procedures, with the exception of not requiring medical notes for absenteeism directly related to employees being ill with ILI.

Additionally we want to ensure the business continuity of our College, including academic programming and research capabilities, and all core operations such as human resources, communications, maintenance of facilities, security, finance and administration, the provision of core services including health, safety, custodial, and food services.
