Successful managers in the 21st century must be culturally
sensitive. This workshop provides a global and practical understanding
of how to manage and communicate in a multicultural Canadian
context.

Resolving Cross-Cultural Conflict
Understand the rules that influence how people from different
cultures feel, think, act, and seek to resolve conflict. Identify
the limitations of popular conflict resolution strategies
and develop a culturally effective model.
Prerequisite: Managing a Culturally Diverse
Workforce or interview with the instructor.

Employing and Immigrants in Canadian Workplaces
Develop the skills essential for successfully employing, integrating,
and retaining Canadian immigrants. Create a customized organizational
model to facilitate organizational integration.
Prerequisite: Managing a Culturally Diverse
Workforce and Resolving Cross-Cultural Conflict, or interview
with the instructor.
