Information for Researchers Conducting Research at NorQuest College
Thank you for your interest in conducting research at NorQuest College.
All external and internal researchers who plan to involve human participants from NorQuest College in their study must apply to have their research reviewed by the NorQuest College Research Ethics Review Board. Researchers who are employed by the College must also receive an ethics review if they plan to engage human participants from outside the College. External researchers must provide ethics approval documentation from their home institution when submitting an ethics application.
All research that involves human subjects and that is conducted within the College, or by members of the College within the capacity of their employment at the College, or that receives funding from the College, shall undergo NorQuest REB review. Research is defined as a systematic investigation to establish facts, principles or knowledge.
Researchers employed at NorQuest College must submit an ethics review application.
External researchers must contact the Applied Research Director and provide ethics approval documentation from their institution of origin prior to conducting research at NorQuest College.
